CLERICAL ASSISTANT

To start September 2026

 

19.5 hours Permanent, Term Time only

Grade 2 point 4 £11,736 (including a 3% pay rise if accepted)

You will need to provide high quality administrative support for a varied range of clerical, administrative and financial tasks for the school whilst having due regard to confidentiality and safeguarding.

You will need to have excellent computer skills, preferably experience in Arbor and SIMS FMS6.

We have set hours of work in mind but this may be negotiable for the right person.  Also a possibility of more hours in our Caspers (after school club) if desired.

The Governors are seeking a caring, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team of midday supervisors in this well regarded Junior school. The successful candidates will assist with the supervision of the children during their lunchtime break, caring for their health, safety and welfare in the dining hall and outside in our extensive grounds.

 

The ideal candidate must enjoy working with children, have good behaviour management skills, and willing to undergo any training as necessary. 

 

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, from 11.55am to 13.20pm. This is a supply, term time only post either part time or full time with a view to becoming permanent.
