At St Peter's we are passionate about fostering a love of reading. We want children to be inspired by books and develop a habit of reading for pleasure. In order to support parents and share our love of books, we have created a 'Top Ten Titles' for each year group. These books are a variety of age appropriate modern fiction and timeless stories that we love. Included within these collections are 40 award winning authors that might help to broaden children's reading horizons.

Each class will have a collection of each of these titles that children can loan from school - generously funded through the James Peacock Foundation. These 'Top Ten Titles' are available for all children to borrow in addition to their reading book. We encourage you to enjoy these stories with your children at bedtime.
