RSFA - Rushcliffe Schools Football Association

The Rushcliffe Schools Football Association organises and runs football competitions open to all 41 primary schools in the Nottinghamshire Borough of Rushcliffe. The committee consists of a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary and there is an annual AGM to which representatives from all schools are invited. If you have any queries about primary school football in Rushcliffe or want to know how to enter any of the competitions if you have not in the past, please use the contact form on our website https://rushcliffeschoolsfa.co.uk/

The competitions for each academic year are as follows:

Leagues
There are currently 6 divisions in the boys leagues and 5 in the girls. The top and bottom school at the end of each academic year are promoted and relegated respectively. Current league tables and results are on the website.

Cups
The boys cups are split into large schools (more than one form entry) and small schools, the girls cup contains all schools entered. The draws for the 23/24 cups can be found by visiting the website.

The finals of the cups will all be played after school on the same day at St Peter’s Junior School, Ruddington.

Tournaments
There are four Saturday morning tournaments during each academic year, a boys and girls one at the start of the Autumn term and the same at the start of the Summer term. Winners of the Autumn tournament progress to the Nottinghamshire finals and if successful there, to regional and then national finals. Entries are capped at 24 schools for each tournament.

The tournaments start at 8.45am and finish at approximately 11-11.30am. Full details are sent out to all participating schools in the week leading up to the competition.
