The National Police Aid Convoys commenced their work in 1993 when a group of police officers used their influence, networks and negotiating skills to procure and then deliver huge amounts of humanitarian aid. They are now an enthusiastic and experienced group of people from all walks of life who successfully use that same bit of influence to deliver development aid to Russia, Albania, Zambia, Pakistan, Ghana, Rwanda and Bulgaria. www.npac.org.uk

Staff Fund Requests
The Friends of St Peter’s Junior School, Ruddington (FOS) charity raises money to enable the school to pay for events, facilities or equipment outside the normal school budget, and thus advance the education of the pupils.
Furthermore, the FOS supports events that promote a friendly and social atmosphere within and between all pupils, staff, parents, governors and the local community.
To request funds, please discuss your request with the Head Teacher for their approval, then return this form to the FOS via the fos staffroom tray or email to email@example.com, where it will be discussed at the next committee meeting. FOS meeting dates can be found here.
